Moshtix will automatically issue a valid 2022 ticketholder with a 2023 ticket. You will receive this via the email address you first registered your ticket with back in 2022. This means you will have a guaranteed ticket for the upcoming festival.

Note: Tent City & Bus Pass tickets were not available for refund or reissue, only festival passes.

If you did not request a refund in 2022, then your ticket is automatically valid for 2023. There is nothing you need to do but wait for your ticket to arrive in your inbox.

If you need to request a name change for your ticket that is totally fine! Please follow these instructions after logging into your Moshtix account. However, please wait until you receive your 2023 ticket to make this change. There will be no fee for name changes for 2022 ticket holders.
