Handpicked Festival 2025 Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By purchasing tickets, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Moshtix may invalidate any tickets believed to breach these terms without notice, refund, replacement, or compensation.

1. Age Restrictions:
   The Handpicked Festival at Lake Breeze Wines is an all-ages event. Attendees over and under 18 years old are welcome,Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Photo ID is required for festival entry due to the event being licensed.

2. Refunds and Exchanges:
   Refunds or exchanges are only provided as required by the Live Performance Australia Industry Code of Practice. Incorrect purchases are not guaranteed a refund and are at the discretion of the promoter or event organiser.

3. Ticket Reissue and Resale:
   You may be able to reissue (change the name on your ticket) or resell your ticket for a fee. These services are at the discretion of the event organiser and can be checked through your Moshtix account after purchase. Reissues conclude before the event’s opening time unless otherwise specified. Ticket resale is not guaranteed.

4. Electronic Ticket:
   Your electronic ticket must be presented for entry. Tickets will be emailed to the address specified during booking as a PDF attachment or Passbook link once payment is successful. If you do not receive your ticket, log in to your Moshtix account to resend or download it. Alternatively, bring photo ID and the credit card used for purchase to the entry gate.

5. ID Verification:
   The ticket must match the full name and date of birth in your booking history. A current matching legal form of identification (e.g., driver’s license, Proof of Age card, or valid passport) is required at entry.

6. Ticket Limits:
   Any tickets purchased in excess of the event ticket/transaction limit may be canceled at the discretion of Moshtix or the event organiser.

7. Booking Fees and Currency:
   Each ticket attracts a booking fee inclusive of GST. All tickets and products are priced in Australian dollars on www.moshtix.com.au.

8. Event Changes:
   The event organiser reserves the right to withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists, and vary advertised prices, event times, and inclusions without notice. The organiser also reserves the right of admission and to enforce venue entry conditions.

9. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:
   If the event is canceled or rescheduled, Moshtix will contact you via the nominated email address.

10. Ticket Resale Restrictions:
    Tickets may not be offered for unauthorized resale on third-party websites (e.g., eBay, Gumtree) or resold at a premium. They also cannot be used for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes. Breaching these conditions may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

11. Service Provider:
    Moshtix provides ticketing services on behalf of the Handpicked Festival, Lake Breeze Wines, and its organisers.

12. Force Majeure:
    The event organiser is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by any force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil commotion, terrorism, strikes, or extreme weather.

13. Governing Law:
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held. By purchasing tickets, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Liability:
    To the extent permitted by law, the event organiser and Moshtix are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event.

15. Amendments:
    These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time without notice. It is your responsibility to check for any updates.
